Message	1. good luck matching that pearl yellow paint. Not impossible, but you're going to need someone who really knows their shit. 2. a good body shop will be able to hammer that out from the inside without replacing the rear quarter. Unless that rear quarter was totally trashed, cutting it for that type of damage is not necessary in my professional opinion. I'd get a second and third opinion from other shops.
